The Furniture Planner is an easy-to-use configurator primarily aimed at end consumers. It is embedded in the carpenter's website. The consumer can use it to look for inspiration on the website, make simple changes (external dimensions, decor, handles) themselves and send an enquiry to the carpenter. The customer can choose from a wide range of furniture in combination with the complete EGGER Decorative Collection available on stock. The main goal of the Furniture Planner is to establish an initial contact between the customer and the carpenter.

The Furniture Planner PRO is, as the name suggests, a planning tool for the professional, the carpenter. The content of the Furniture Planner PRO is based on the Furniture Planner. Beyond the possibilities of the Furniture Planner, the Furniture Planner PRO has a library of furniture carcasses with freely configurable furniture. This guarantees the carpenter the greatest possible flexibility in furniture planning. In addition, individual presettings are possible in the Furniture Planner PRO via an administration portal (initial values of the furniture that can be planned, surcharges and discounts in the cost calculation, overview of customer enquiries etc.). With the Furniture Planner PRO, it is possible for the carpenter to purchase optional data packages for production.

The Furniture Planner PRO has more functions than the Furniture Planner (library of furniture carcasses with freely plannable furniture, presetting of starting values in the Furniture Planner, definition of surcharges and discounts in cost calculation, overview of customer enquiries, changing of master data etc.).

You are welcome to upgrade from the Furniture Planner to the Furniture Planner PRO at any time. To do so, please fill out the INQUIRY FORM or contact the EGGER inside team directly at inside@egger.com.

• The prerequisite is the purchase of the data package for € 75 per month.
• You can generate the production data for your project in the Furniture Planner PRO. To do this, please log in to the Furniture Planner PRO with your access data and go to the administration area.
• Click on the button "CUSTOMER ACTIVITIES" and then "ENQUIRIES". Here you can see all enquiries from your customers. With the symbol  you can request the production data for your project. You will then find these in the "PRODUCTION DATA" area, where you now have the option of generating either only the CSV file or only the MPR file.

Log in to the Furniture Planner PRO with your access data. To do this, click on the "MENU" button and then on "LOGIN". After you have logged in, the button "ADMINISTRATION" appears in the menu bar. Click on the button "ADMINISTRATION".
In the administration area, select the section "CALCULATION PARAMETERS" under "SETTINGS". Here you have the option of individually setting your surcharge in the "FURNITURE" area, and you can also individually set your delivery and assembly costs under "ON-SITE SERVICES".

Click on "MENU”   "LOGIN”  and then on the "REQUEST NEW PASSWORD" icon. You will receive an e-mail in the next few minutes where you can select a new password.

Click on "LIBRARY OF FURNITURE BODIES" in the Furniture Planner PRO. You will then see various submenus which contain different furniture bodies depending on the category. Each of these furniture bodies can be freely configured.

First you have to log in to the Furniture Planner PRO with your access data. To do this, please click on "MENU" and then on "LOGIN". After you have logged in, the button "ADMINISTRATION" appears in the menu bar. The "ADMINISTRATION" button takes you directly to the administration area.

Log in to the Furniture Planner PRO with your access data and go to the administration area. Click on "CUSTOMER ACTIVITIES" and then on "ENQUIRIES". Here you will now see all enquiries from your customers.
